Street Art//Clet

I must be the last person in the world to watch Banksy’s Exit Through the Gift Shop, but it reminded me of a street artist I saw while on my last visit to Florence. In a city where you can see Michelangelo’s David and Botticelli’s Birth of Venus, you can also be amazed by the quirkiness of French-born artist Clet Abraham (He’s based in Florence but you can see his artwork all over the world).  On an interesting side note, my friend who lived in Florence at the time showed me his studio and we were both really intrigued by his sex clock which had moving body parts. I don’t really understand why, but every time I saw a Clet it would instantly make me smile.
